Tiramisù
Homemade dessert
In many Roman restaurants the kitchen closes between lunch and dinner. Not at La Lupa: it stays open from 12:00 to 23:00, so you can eat at 3:30, 5 or 6 pm without waiting.

Your train arrives at three, your flight landed late, hotel check-in is at four: in Rome you are often hungry exactly when kitchens close. La Lupa is a few minutes from Termini station and its kitchen keeps cooking through the afternoon, with the same menu as at lunch and dinner.
It also works for an early dinner at 6 or 6:30 pm: with children, before a show, or simply because jet lag has made you hungry already.
The menu is the same as the rest of the day: Roman pastas such as carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe and gricia; mains such as saltimbocca and grilled lamb chops; tiramisù and panna cotta to finish. You can also ask for the €30 La Lupa menu: when you book, ask the restaurant to confirm it for your time.
