Rigatoni alla carbonara
Guanciale · pecorino · egg
La Lupa’s kitchen opens at 12:00 and stays open through the afternoon: a proper lunch a few minutes from the station, before or after your train.

La Lupa is at Via Marghera 37, on the Via Marsala side of Termini station, about 350 metres in a straight line from Piazza dei Cinquecento. Far enough to leave the station crowds behind, close enough to sit down in a quiet dining room within minutes.
Online booking times start at 12:00 and continue through the afternoon: if your train gets in at 2:30 pm or 4 pm, the kitchen is still open. Arriving in Rome mid-day no longer means waiting for dinner to get a real plate of pasta.
For a quick lunch one Roman pasta is enough: rigatoni alla carbonara, bucatini all’amatriciana, tonnarelli cacio e pepe or alla gricia. With more time, the €30 La Lupa menu brings bruschetta, pasta, main course, potatoes and dessert of the day.
